A Workshop in Consciousness with Sandira Belia Metal appears solid, yet at a microscopic level it is in constant motion. In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, we will explore the relationship between consciousness and matter, and how shifts in inner state can influence our interaction with the physical world. You will be guided through a specific process designed to build the energetic focus used in spoon bending, and will have the opportunity to experience two spoon-bending flows.
