Part II of the

“Crow Healing Concept”

After creating a vision of health, happyness, abundance or whatever you want to achieve in life, it is time for self care. A healthy mind prospery in a healthy BODY. There are uncountable ways of caring for your physical wellbeing. What I learned and provide is: Root Massages, a technique I developed. It is more muscle work than massage. I feel deep into your muscels, feel their tensions and the origin of the resulting pain. I work each muscle individually and give impulses in a way that it can relax and the pain eases. This massage I combine with the gentle techniques of Osteo Balance. With soft movements I can treat leg lenght difference and aline the spine, unblock vertebreas and bring your balance back into the skeleton. When needed I also combine Hot Stones, Gua Sha or Cupping with the massage. Another way of supporting physical healing is Balanced Ear Acupuncture. Needles or goldbeads create an impuls in your system to stimulate the natural self healing system. The Balanced Ear Acupuncture by Dr. Jan Seeber is unique. Every part of the system is included in the tratment: Body parts, endokrine system, emotions, paintreatment, and the nerval system. I am amazed every time when I experience the effect of Balanced Ear Acupuncture. I also like to use the tecnique of body travelling, which is very useful in online treatments. It is a special meditation combined with interacting with my client. With this tecnique clients learn how to unblock (chronic) pain and speed up healing processes (e.g. broken bones). And last but not least I usually give ideas for exercises to support the body or advises on medical herbs.
